This is a question somebody asked me i figured I would share the answer with you. At the bottom I think I might sound a little dumb and… I don’t know, but whatever Im dumb more than once a day so whats another? :P

Health memes? I have not posted a health meme in a long time and health memes are not supposed to be informative they are supposed to be funny. 
If you’re talking about the informative infographic posts I don’t fully research them all. This last one has 16 different pieces of health information on them. That would take a long time to research. In fact I posted something today with over 100 pieces of health information on it so if you are asking me if I research hundreds of pieces of information everyday, the answer is no. 
This is why I post a source on my posts. (unless it’s a saved file on my computer) If you want to challenge the post then go to the source and check out the research they did. (normally there are hella links that show where they pulled their information from)
If you’re talking about the little…. like… for example the onion post I posted recently talking about preventing cavities I have no source on that but I know it does that. It also helps lower Cholesterol and helps protect against the heart and… well it does a lot of things. I don’t need to research it because I read something about it in the past. 
I have found posts that I posted that were not right but when somebody brings it up I correct it on my page. Out of the few thousand posts I have posted I only have had that happen twice. 
What post are you specifically talking about?
Weather or not I research or not you should never take anything as fact until you do your own research. Also it’s important where you’re reading your information for example if I read anything from… say Pubmed.org or WebMD.com I take is as fact and don’t need to challenge it. (even tho WebMD has issues back in 2009) But if you pull something on forums or another blog or the media then you should double, tripple, quadruple the sites you go to and verify the information.
Also, My family has been in the health and wellness industry for 50+ years. My family has spent millions of dollars trying to teach people about real health and teaches people about how to sort the BS from the real information you need to learn about and sell products that not only repair but also do the same things those product do that damage your body without damaging the body. I know the owner of the NON GMO Project and I have been to his little shop in Berkeley that started it all. My family is involved in the NON GMO project as well. (in fact my father convinced the largest potato farmer in the world do get rid of the one potato they grew that was GMO.) I am also involved in the industry and I have read probably near or over 100 health and wellness books. (right now I am reading “Foods that Heal, Reverse Aging, and Extend Your Lifespan” and “The Green Foods Bible”) I am only saying this because I want you guys to know that I am not just some guy making a health and wellness blog I make health and wellness my life. I bike over 120 miles a week I train for MMA outside of my workouts 12-20+ hours a week (its pretty much my life… not pretty much it IS my life.) I don’t eat hardly anything bad for me and I am VERY picky on where I shop and what I buy. I constantly strive to learn more about staying healthy. Food, skincare, anything that touches your body I want to learn about and I love learning about it. I may even go to school to for Nutrition. Not to become a dietitian or nutritionist but to learn what they know because I love learning about health and wellness. 
Again I say all this because I am not just some shmuck that reblogs or posts anything health related to fill my blog up. If I did that I would post more than 1 post every hour, I would be posting 50+ posts and not caring whats on them. 
Anyways, I know thats a long answer but there you go :P

How to find NON GMO foods…

I have been asked this questions a lot. I mean… maybe over a hundred times on Tumblr alone. 

Anyways, I have been working on a list spending days and days making this list maybe over 80 hours altogether. 

Anyways, I will be showing you this list that I have gathered from a bagillion websites this weekend. I will also be adding to this list as time goes on… And as companies get bought out I will be taking away from the list… I have a feeling I have jumped into something I can’t control without many many hours of research… if it comes to that I will give up and tell you lol. 

But for now and hopefully for a long time I will doing this sexy list for you :P

I will have it up on the weekend sometime and link you guys to it. 

This is one of the reasons my posts have been shaggy over the week. Spent to much time on this list and not enough keeping my posts going all day every day :P

I just realized I am biking more than 100 miles a week now.

I am adding this again because I forgot to put it in answer format. 

I have never been a biker so I don’t know if that is a lot or not for a good cardio or not. I remember when I ran at the gym a long time ago that when I biked, I could bike at whatever speed on the machine and do 10-15 miles fairly easy but I could only run like 5 miles before I felt like dying lol. 

Anyways I was doing the numbers because I was trying to figure out why I feel so tired while biking all the time (I just started like 2 or 3 weeks ago). I get passed by old guys on bikes going 4 times my speed lol. Screw you old man! :P Anyways, I need to figure out if I really need to get my cardio up better or if that is a ton of miles because it sounds to me like wtf am I doing biking 120 miles a week lol.

Anyways… I am going to bed I will start posting again tomorrow :P]

Why am I never hungry?!?!?

I train with Cardio and MMA almost 24 hours a week and I am never hungry. This morning (12 hours ago) I spent like an hour making a great brakfast and its sitting next to me still with only a couple bites out of it… waisted food… and time… but I don’t like junk food you pop in the microwave (mainly because of how microwaves destroy nutrition in any food) I like to cook my own food when I do eat… this is a problem… somebody help me.

What can I do to be hungry more or at least able to eat food without feeling like… it’s forced down my throat or something… ??

I just want to take a pill everyday for food, I can do pills. I am a supplement maniac a pill for food would be sublime! lol… if only…

Changed the layout to my page a bit, changed the song and I think from now on I am going to make the song play automatically on Sundays only and then on monday I am going to put a new song of the week and play it automatically the last day it’s up…. yeah… thats what imma do from now on :D

Help me…

So under certain word searches in google I would find my blog on the first page even 2nd from the top with searches like, “The more you know” and “health and wellness blog” etc… but now I can’t find it. 

I finally found it in google but it said this…

“A description for this result is not available because of this site’s robots.txtlearn more.”

This recently happened, does anybody know why? With this activated you nobody can search for me on google unless the get really specific with my URL. 

I want to get rid of this robots.txt file so I can be searched on google.

Please help me! :D

Waisting so much time…

So I have been deleting links to blog posts where you click on the image and it takes you… wherever. 

Anyways, I have always deleted those links becuase 95% of them link you to their page… like… no kidding it came from you thats why there is a source on the post. BUT most the time people grab an image on the internet and claim it as their own…. the source is not your page, stop being a dumb liar who only cares about getting people to follow you. I know you posted the image no kidding but I am here to find more sites, expand my knowledge base…. I can’t do that if all 3000 images you post go to your page and you claim everything as your own.

Anyways, now Tumblr made it where you can’t delete the link. It will let you delete it but it will still post the link on your page…. ughhh… For example. Yogaholics links ALL of her photos to her page. I have been changing the source to the REAL source on some of her posts because I follow a ton of yoga websites. HOWEVER the link WONT change… so I can’t change the source to the real person who made it because Tumblr users put their tumblr page as the source…. So then I got to add it in the text section under the photo…

It’s just dumb and really annoying. ANY photo I have ever posted myself links you to the ACTUAL source and not to my page unless I made the image… That is how Tumblr should work… Actually the way I do my posts is when you click on the image it ONLY enlarges the image. I put my source in the text under the images every time.
